What would you say motivates you to do Crossfit? The drive to be better everyday, the fact i get to push my self to the limit really
What are your strengths and weakness? My strengths are high volume of gymnastics and wods that hurt a lot , (the thrusters burpee combo )etc.
Which workouts do you enjoy the most? Wods that require a lot of skill .
What are the goals you most want to accomplish within Crossfit? I want to be the fittest

Did you have any key mentors or people who deeply influenced you to take up crossfit? Being around driven people really made me want the will to drive
How has crossfit changed your life? Crossfit has took over my life in many good ways , my main goal is to win the crossfit games and be a consistent games athlete for years to come!
Have you had any injuries or setbacks and how have you dealt with them? Since the games ive been having glute an hamstrings issues which have made training tough , this has made
Me change my full plan to concentrate on being healthy for the new season
What advice you would you give to athletes new or old that you know now but didn’t back when you first started? Hopefully life changing ?
My advice would be to keep working hard , trust the process an never give up
